Executive Development Program is a non degree program was held by MB-IPB as a new core business. MB-IPB has held various training activities and consultations of management and business with various government agencies and private enterprise.
Several co-operation had been carried out among them are with the Department of Agriculture, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Panin Bank, Bank Bukopin, PT. Charoen Pokphan Indonesia etc. that were implemented in the form of training, workshop, and business seminars. The Executive Development Program involves and coordinates with other units in IPB in accordance with the function, potential and competence of each unit.
Materials and substance of the Executive Development Program is adapted from the requirement and competence of management and business. Topic/material and method were drafted in orientation with the integrity and strategic concept. Materials given are those connected in increasing the capacity and competence of hard skills and soft skills hoping that could support in the command of task and responsibility.
Methods used are in the form of conventional class (lectures), simulation, SOLAR (Sharing of Learning Activity and Result), presentation, and exercise/case discussions with up-to-date and relevant materials. Furthermore, to sharpen technical concept, field trips is one of the methods that are used in the Executive Development Program.
