MB IPB Library

The library of MB-IPB is a means of receiving reference by academicians of MB-IPB and the other educational institution both inside IPB and outside IPB. The library of MB-IPB is often visited by various students from undergraduates to postgraduates especially those related to economics, management, agribusiness and agro-industry from IPB and from outside IPB. The library of MB-IPB are amongst the libraries that have a complete book collection, comfortable room facilities, good services, as well as open for all who wanted to search for information and other materials.

Physical Facilities

The library of MB-IPB consists of two rooms, Library 1 and Library 2. Library 1 covers a collection books, magazines, papers, clippings and references. Library 2 is specially made for the collection of thesis dissertation of graduates from the postgraduate program MB-IPB. Each library is equipped with computers as a means for searching, internet access and online journals, as well as WIFI connection for wireless devices.

Collection

The library of MB-IPB continues to develop in order to have the capacity to support the academic activity. Therefore, the library of MB-IPB continues to increase its collection of books, journals (domestic and foreign), magazines and daily news papers, statistical issues, as well as thesis and the academic reports of MB-IPB participants. Other than that, since 2005 the library of MB-IPB could access various scientific publications in the ProQuest database. ProQuest is an e–journal database that is located in Ann Arbor, United States. This database provided various scientific publications for researchers and student in various fields.
